Related Ross seeks a skilled Facilities Painter/Handyperson/Pressure Cleaner to maintain Class A office properties in West Palm Beach. You will handle painting, minor repairs, and exterior cleaning while supporting safety and cross-training across maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include surface prep, paint application, drywall patching, hardware replacement, and pressure washing, with emphasis on high-quality service and tenant satisfaction. OSHA-compliant practices are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial painting or handyperson work.
• Experience with pressure washers up to 4,000 PSI.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Paint interiors and exteriors, prep surfaces, and perform touch-ups.
• Carry out minor handyman repairs and hardware replacements.
• Operate pressure cleaning equipment on building exteriors and surfaces.
• Ensure safety protocols and PPE usage; OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with on-site teams and document work performed.
