Related Ross in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Facilities Painter/Handyperson/Pressure Cleaner to maintain the aesthetic and functional integrity of Class A commercial office buildings. This role combines painting, general repairs and pressure cleaning to keep properties pristine and operational.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years in commercial painting, handyman work, or pressure cleaning.
Experience in Class A or high-end properties is a plus.
Knowledge of safe chemical handling and surface prep is required.
Ability to work at heights and in Florida climate conditions.

Responsibilities

Paint interiors and exteriors; prep surfaces, prime, and apply finishes.
Perform minor repairs such as drywall patching and hardware replacement.
Operate pressure washing equipment for building exteriors and surfaces.
Maintain safety protocols and use of PPE; follow OSHA standards.
