Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of all food outlets and catering services.
• Manage staffing levels and scheduling across multiple locations.
• Develop and train F&B supervisors and frontline staff for consistency.
• Oversee alcohol service and compliance with local/state liquor laws.
• Monitor inventory and vendor relationships to control costs.
