CPCD is seeking a Floater Teacher Assistant to travel among CPCD classrooms to support teachers and ensure high-quality early learning experiences. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a CDA or Level II credential within two years of hire, with First Aid/CPR and reliable transportation essential.

You will assist with classroom routines, safety, and observations, while promoting developmentally appropriate practices for school readiness.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CDA credential or Level II credential required; must be obtained within two years of hire.

Mansioni

• Travel to different classrooms/sites as part of the regular schedule.
• Assist classroom staff with duties as delegated by the teacher.
• Support classroom routines and safety protocols as directed by the supervisor.
• Collect observations as directed by staff; maintain a safe, clean, and appropriate learning environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct with children and families.
