Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 5+ years of childcare or teaching experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise others.
• Must function independently within Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours; meet state criteria for childcare employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple centers and direct Center Directors.
• Recruit and develop staff; ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure safety, licensing, and quality educational programming.
• Assess site appearance and facilities and manage crises.
• Address parent and staff concerns; implement improvement plans.
• Provide training on new policies to administrators and staff.
