Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial building operations and engineering preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work within tight spaces.
• Current and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular assessments of building systems.
• Perform minor repairs and respond to service requests.
• Manage work order requests related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
