Job summary

Bradford Soap Works Inc in West Warwick, RI is seeking a Benefits and Recruiting Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting and day-to-day benefits administration across three sites. Based in West Warwick and reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will partner with site leaders to build talent pipelines and deliver accurate benefits support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-7 years of progressive HR experience, including recruiting and benefits administration.
• Experience supporting multiple sites or states; manufacturing/industrial experience is a plus.
• Experience with a unionized workforce is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/ATS/benefits platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, salaried, and skilled-trades roles across RI, IL, and CA sites.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, and partnerships with schools and community organizations.
• Coordinate interviews and extend offers within approved pay ranges and workflows.
• Administer and reconcile group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) plans in ADP Workforce Now.
• Lead open enrollment and manage benefits enrollments, changes, and COBRA notices.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, ACA, and state leave requirements.
