Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing or production leadership experience, including 3+ years of direct supervision.
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel and/or Access) and strong math skills/background.
• Experience leading a large team in production environment with problem-solving and daily communication.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute against customer commitments, production schedules, and throughput targets.
• Develop, coach, and support supervisors and frontline teams to strengthen leadership.
• Solve problems that arise during production and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs and address performance gaps proactively.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement to increase safety and throughput.
