Job summary

PeopleShare is seeking dependable assemblers to join a manufacturing team in Malvern, PA. You will assemble mechanical and electronic components, read blueprints, and inspect products to ensure quality, supporting production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts available: 1st 6:30AM-2:30PM, 2nd 2:30PM-10:30PM, 3rd 10:30PM-6:30AM, with pay rates of $20, $21.50, and $23.50 per hour respectively. A high school diploma or GED is preferred and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, and work orders.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Identify defects and report quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components following work instructions and blueprints.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, and work orders.
• Package completed products and prepare them for shipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Identify defects and report quality concerns to supervisors.
