Qualifications

• Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable working around moving machinery and in a hot, noisy environment.
• Willing to rotate through SP Assembler/Splicer/Molder roles.

Responsibilities

• Assemble semi-pneumatic tires and operate assembly stations.
• Inspect tires and package as required.
• Operate tools safely (e.g., torque gun) and report abnormalities.
• Set up and adjust splicer and hot-knife splicer per work instructions.
• Read build specifications and follow standard work procedures.
• Perform quality checks on weight, length, and splice verification.
• Maintain data collection sheets and reporting.
