Overview

Position Summary: Responsible for assembling industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Must have knowledge of assembling screw pipe or socket weld pipe
• Utilizes working knowledge of different types of components
• May assist with bending tubing ¼” to 1” carbon or stainless steel
• Understands basic blueprints
• Must be able to hang bottles, install welded pipe, install fuel filter, mount oil cooler, make supports and braces, air test systems, set scrubbers, install pumps
• Follow all HSE guidelines

Preferred Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent preferred and/or training
• Minimum two (2) years industrial experience

Physical Strain

• Bending, squatting, climbing, pulling, stooping, twisting, reaching, working at elevated heights
• Lifting up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 30 pounds
• Must be able to work outside in extreme temperatures or in a shop environment
