Job summary

You will operate multiple equipment types, maintain safety and quality standards, and assist with shipping, while showing teamwork and a quick 2–5 day learning curve.

No prior experience required; training is provided to help you perform essential tasks safely.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent teamwork and adaptability to rotate roles as needed.
• Ability to perform essential functions, with or without accommodations.
• Willingness to learn equipment operations quickly (within 2-5 days per role).
• Good recordkeeping, analytical skills, and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Sort returned soiled linens into appropriate classifications and prepare for washing.
• Operate and rotate across positions such as sorter, cart cleaner, and equipment operator.
• Handle linen stacking, folding, and feeding through machines like ironers and folders.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, including cart sterilization and equipment troubleshooting.
• Assist with quality control, removing stained or non-compliant items.
• Perform duties related to shipping, including building and weighing carts, recording data, and preparing shipments.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational standards.
