Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent teamwork and adaptability to rotate across roles.
• Ability to quickly learn new equipment (2-5 days per position).
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and detail.
• Good recordkeeping and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks, such as lifting heavy bags and carts.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform multiple production tasks across Soil and Clean areas, rotating as needed.
• Sort soiled linens safely and efficiently, preparing them for washing.
• Operate equipment like folders, ironers, and conveyor systems, making quality and safety decisions.
• Ensure carts are cleaned, sterilized, and prepared for linen loading and delivery.
• Assist in stacking, folding, and preparing linens for shipment, maintaining quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned, adhering to safety and quality protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and operate basic computer applications for shipping documentation.
