Job summary

Boulder Connect in Mississippi is seeking a Production Operator to rotate through Soil, Clean, and Shipping Clerk roles in a laundry production plant. You will assist linen receiving, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and loading for delivery, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will be ready to learn equipment such as sorting belts, carts, folding machines, ironers, and shipping systems, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong teamwork skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Soil Operations to sort soiled linens and prep carts.
• Perform Soil and Clean Operations duties including sorting, stacking, folding, ironing, and quality checks.
• Support Shipping Clerk tasks: building, weighing, recording and loading carts for delivery.
