Responsibilities

• Design, write and use lesson plans aligned to the charter’s curriculum.
• Differentiate lesson plans for differences in student learning styles.
• Teach instructional subjects according to California standards and charter policies.
• Use technology to strengthen the instructional process.
• Collaborate with special education on IEPs and charter requirements.
• Coordinate with staff to meet instructional goals and methods.
• Oversee teacher aide and volunteer assignments.
• Maintain records and engage in faculty meetings and committees.
