Our team takes pride in delivering unmatched quality and attention to detail in every vessel. We’re seeking an Electrical Technician to join our production team. This role is perfect for someone with strong hands-on skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision workmanship.

Responsibilities
  • Install and connect wiring harnesses, battery systems, electronics, lighting, and other marine electrical components
  • Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and detailed work instructions
  • Perform functional testing to ensure systems operate correctly and meet quality standards
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues during assembly
  • Climb in, on, and around boats—including working in confined or tight spaces—to complete installations and repairs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Use proper PPE and follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other production teams to meet build schedules
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in electrical installation or repair (marine, automotive, or industrial environments preferred)
  • Familiarity with AC/DC systems, marine electronics, and battery systems (a plus)
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting
  • Commitment to safety and meeting deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment, with exposure to heat, cold, dust, and occasional outdoor conditions
