The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience representing underwriters, issuers and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings.

Reed Smith is seeking a mid-level Associate to join the Capital Markets group in any of our U.S. offices. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in representing underwriters, issuers and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings. Experience representing public companies in ’34 Act work a plus but is not required. Candidates must be an active member of the bar in the state where they sit.
