Qualifications

• 2+ years forecasting and presenting weathercasts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology.
• Knowledge of synoptic meteorology, tropical and radar.
• Ability to anticipate situations, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm in dealing with breaking news.
• Travel to discover important stories in your neighborhood and interact with the community.
• Schedule flexibility to work different or longer shifts due to breaking news and severe weather emergencies.
