This role oversees Digital, Broadcast, and Streaming, coaches a high-performing team, and drives audience growth across platforms with data-driven editorial judgment. You will shape the digital strategy, optimize content for SEO and social, and integrate workflows to maximize reach and engagement across FOX40’s digital properties.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a digital news environment with people management experience.
• Strong editorial judgment capable in breaking news scenarios.
• Track record of growing audiences via content strategy and execution.
• Deep understanding of SEO, analytics, and social platforms.
• Experience across video, streaming, and digital storytelling formats.
• Ability to lead across teams and break down silos.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performance Digital team.
• Set vision and standards for Digital performance.
• Create accountability around metrics, content quality, and editorial judgment.
• Identify gaps and train the team in video, social, SEO, and analytics.
• Serve as a key voice in daily editorial decisions with broadcast leadership.
• Ensure Digital is involved early in story conception and multiplatform execution.
• Drive growth of streaming and extend story life on FOX40+.
• Collaborate to extend reach across Digital, Broadcast and Streaming.
