Qualifications

• Professional reporting experience.
• Commitment to enterprise and data-driven reporting.
• Ability to write clear, correct, compelling copy tied directly to video.
• Demonstrated ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including overnights and weekends.
• Related military experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, gather, and produce stories for day-of news coverage and special project assignments.
• Collaborate with news managers and producers to develop stories with enterprise angles and exclusive content.
• Contribute updated information, video, photos, and other elements to multiple platforms throughout the day.
• Embrace new technology and adapt to evolving multimedia demands.
• Build and maintain a network of sources for breaking stories.
• Manage multiple stories and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Demonstrate unwavering journalistic integrity and high ethical standards.
