Job summary

NAB Leadership Foundation is seeking a Digital Content Producer to lead the shift from traditional broadcast to multi-platform newsrooms. You will train teams in methods, processes and content creation beyond on-air production.

Based in Florida, you’ll develop social media strategies, edit for web and on-air, and produce digital campaigns while upholding journalistic integrity and high production quality.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in journalism and newsroom experience with live web samples.
• Proficiency in AP style, Photoshop and web editing tools preferred.
• HTML/CSS basics and related tech skills are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads station content strategy.
• Shoots and edits content for on-air and digital platforms.
• Gathers information through research and interviews to ensure accuracy.
• Pitches local and trending stories during meetings.
• Builds digital campaigns and writes web stories.
• Ensures content meets journalistic standards and brand guidelines.
• Produces reports for multiple platforms.
