Job summary

Zensar is seeking a passionate Game Tester to play and evaluate PC, Console, and Mobile games, identifying bugs and usability gaps before release. You will work across platforms to ensure game quality and player satisfaction.

The role involves documenting defects, verifying gameplay mechanics, and collaborating with developers, designers, and QA to improve performance and user experience. Prior hands-on testing across multiple genres is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Game Testing / QA Testing.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics and player behavior.
• Experience in bug reporting and defect tracking.
• Ability to reproduce and document issues clearly.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Familiar with mobile, PC, and console testing.

Responsibilities

• Play and test games across PC, Mobile, and Console platforms.
• Identify, reproduce, document, and track bugs.
• Verify game functionality, levels, UI, audio, and graphics.
• Perform functional, regression, compatibility, and exploratory testing.
• Execute test cases and provide feedback on quality and UX.
• Validate updates, patches, and new features.
• Collaborate with devs, designers, and QA to resolve issues.
• Test multiplayer features and network-related functionality.
• Ensure compliance with design docs and quality standards.
• Suggest improvements to gameplay and player experience.
