Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in El Paso, TX, seeks an Associate in diagnostic imaging to perform procedures and ensure high-quality images while providing excellent patient care. The ideal candidate has clinical experience in multiple modalities and is ARRT CT/MRI registry eligible. This is a temporary position with responsibilities that include completing exams and documentation.

Job description

Overview

Under minimal supervision, performs complex diagnostic imaging procedures in at least two modalities, as requested by a licensed physician. Produces high quality diagnostic images while providing excellent patient care. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Education

• Required: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program, CT/MRI registry eligible

Experience

• Required: 2 years clinical experience in more than one modality. ARRT CT/MRI registry eligible required
• Preferred: ARRT CT or MRI

Certifications

• Required: ARRT (R) and documentation of CT or MRI experience, must obtain advance credential in CT or MRI within one year of hire. AHA BLS; state license if required
