Job summary

Ascension's St. Vincent Randolph Hospital in Winchester, IN is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for General Radiology. This PRN position involves rotating shifts and working within aCatholic health system committed to service and care.

You will support physicians with procedures, maintain radiation safety, and ensure high-quality imaging for PACS submission. Required credentials include BLS, Indiana Radiology credentialing, and ARRT/ARDMS/CCI certifications with a 180-day window.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Radiologic Technologist credentialed from Indiana Medical Radiology Services Program required within 180 days of hire.
• One of: Cardiographic Tech (CCI) within 180 days; ARRT Radiography specialization within 180 days; ARDMS Medical Sonography within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Accurately position patients, select parameters, and implement radiation safety.
• Prepare for, perform, and assist physicians with special radiology procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within scope of practice.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and submit high-quality images to PACS with correct markers and patient data.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly department environment.

Education

High School diploma equivalency or higher with 2 years cumulative experience / Associate's degree / Technical degree / 4 years cumulative job-specific experience
