Job summary

Ascension's St. Vincent Hospital in Avon, Indiana seeks a Radiologic Technologist in Multimodality, PRN. You will position patients, operate imaging equipment, and assist physicians in advanced procedures while adhering to safety standards.

You will also administer contrast within scope, ensure image quality for PACS and maintain a clean, compliant department environment. Indiana licensure and specific credential timeframes apply.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Radiologic Technologist credential from Indiana Medical Radiology Services Program within 6 months of hire date.
• One or more of: CCI Cardiographic Tech, ARRT Radiography, or ARDMS Medical Sonography credentials within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Position patients and set anatomic/technical parameters.
• Implement radiation protection and safety standards.
• Prepare, perform and assist physician in advanced procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and medications as allowed by scope of practice and regulations.
• Ensure high-quality images and accurate patient data sent to PACS.
