Job summary

The Heart Hospital at Baylor Scott & White Health in Waxahachie, TX is seeking a Multimodality Technologist to perform imaging across CT, MR, nuclear medicine, and IR with at least 25% focus on advanced modalities. This role works under radiologist supervision in a fast-paced, 24/7 hospital setting.

Key duties include delivering high-quality imaging, dose monitoring, patient communication via AIDET, equipment maintenance, and strict adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Cardiac experience preferred and ARRT certifications required or expected.
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• CT experience is preferred and CT certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality multimodality procedures across CT, MR, Nuc Med, and IR per exam protocol.
• Maintains dose reference levels and acts if thresholds are exceeded.
• Uses iSTAT for creatinine when needed and communicates clearly with patients.
• Ensures safety, infection control, and sterile technique during procedures.
• Maintains documentation and imaging records according to policy.

Grad of an Accredited Program

Cardiac Experience Preferred

ARRT Certifications (CT)

ARRT Radiography (R)
