Job summary

Northern Arizona Healthcare Corporation in Sedona, AZ seeks a Lead Multi-modality Technologist to perform imaging in two or more modalities and lead a team of radiology technologists. The role requires registered technologists in the modalities and on-site duties.

You will supervise daily operations, coordinate schedules, participate in hiring and evaluations, maintain quality and safety standards, and collaborate with physicians to ensure timely, high-quality patient imaging.

Qualifications

• Must hold ARRT/ radiology technologist credentials for two or more modalities.
• Associates degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' acute care experience; at least 1 year in a team lead/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership to staff in the department.
• Act as a resource and first point of escalation for staff, patients and families.
• Serve as a procedure specialist and subject matter expert on modality and its processes.
• Oversee day-to-day department operations and workflow.
• Maintain staff schedules and department workload.
• Participate in hiring, performance evaluations and issue resolution.
• Maintain infection prevention standards and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals.
