Job summary

Equinox is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists in California to provide 25, 50, 80, and 110‑minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages in a professional setting. Analyze client needs and craft personalized treatment plans while maintaining a clean, compliant environment.

Candidates must hold a current CA license or certification, be available evenings and weekends, and demonstrate strong communication, anatomy knowledge, and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CA license or certification.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• In-depth understanding of anatomy and movement as they relate to soft tissue manipulation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages in a professional and comfortable setting.
• Analyze client needs and create a programmatic treatment plan.
• Ensure that the room is cleaned after each treatment and at the end of each shift.
• Remain compliant with all state regulatory board requirements regarding intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.
