Job summary

Equinox is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join a multimodal approach to manual therapy and movement science. You will perform a range of massages in a professional setting and help clients maximize their potential within a supportive club community.

The successful candidate must have a valid TX license, be available evenings and weekends, and be able to develop treatment programs, maintain SOAP notes, and collaborate with a team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid TX license or certification.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Experience developing treatment programs and retaining clients.
• In-depth understanding of anatomy and movement in relation to soft tissue manipulation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and positive energy.
• Computer literate.
• Ethical.

Responsibilities

• Perform 25–110 minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal and Swedish massages.
• Analyze client needs and create a programmatic treatment plan.
• Ensure the room is cleaned after each treatment and at the end of each shift.
• Remain compliant with state boards regarding intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.
