Job summary

Equinox Sports Club DC is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to deliver 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute massage sessions in a professional, client-focused setting. You will analyze client needs and craft treatment plans, ensuring room cleanliness and compliance with DC regulations.

Qualifications

• DC massage therapy license or certification required.
• Ability to generate new business and retain clients with treatment programs.
• Evening and weekend availability (part-time and full-time).
• In-depth understanding of anatomy and movement in relation to soft tissue manipulation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and positive energy.
• Computer literate.
• Ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute massages (deep tissue, sports, prenatal, Swedish).
• Analyze client needs and create programmatic treatment plans.
• Maintain room cleanliness after each treatment and at shift end.
• Comply with state board requirements for intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.
