Job summary

The National Association of Broadcasters is seeking a Multimedia Video Editor/Producer to craft compelling video, audio, podcasts, and digital content supporting NAB initiatives, advocacy efforts, signature events, and client productions.

From concept to final delivery, you’ll tell stories that engage broadcasters, policymakers, technology leaders, and media professionals worldwide, using cutting-edge tools and AI-enhanced workflows in a hybrid Washington, DC office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of professional video and audio production experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and professional audio production tools.
• Experience with motion graphics, podcast production, and multi-platform content distribution.
• Experience shooting video in both studio and field environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with modern video, audio, and AI-assisted production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Edit video, audio, podcast, and multimedia content supporting NAB departments, events, and client productions.
• Serve as the primary post-production editor for NAB Studios, including editing, color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and final delivery.
• Create graphics, animations, lower thirds, title sequences, and other visual elements.
• Produce, write, shoot, and edit story-driven content from concept through completion.
• Capture interviews, events, b-roll, and studio productions using single-camera and multi-camera setups.
• Produce broadcast-quality audio content and support podcast recording and post-production.
• Prepare content for distribution across broadcast, digital, streaming, podcast, and social media platforms.
• Support live and recorded productions by operating cameras, audio equipment, graphics systems, and other production technologies.
