Job summary

Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort & Casino is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to support day-to-day social media initiatives. Under the Casino Advertising Marketing Manager, you will handle content creation, photo and video production, editing, scheduling, and audience engagement across all platforms.

This role collaborates with the Social Media Coordinator to execute campaigns, maintain brand standards, and produce content for events, promotions, and resort experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred in marketing/communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
• Working knowledge of social media scheduling tools and basic to intermediate Adobe CC.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable on camera and engaging audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creation, editing, and publishing content across social platforms.
• Capture photo and video content on property and at events.
• Edit video content for social media, advertising, websites, and internal communications.
• Schedule and publish content according to calendars and marketing plans.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments, and escalate guest service issues when needed.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator on campaigns and promotions.
