Job Summary/Description

WITN, located in eastern North Carolina with beautiful beaches and mild weather, is seeking a Multimedia Sales Manager. The current MSM has been promoted, and we are looking for a new leader to coach our Media Executives. The ideal candidate should be strategic, engaged, collaborative, and able to communicate effectively in a high-performing, fun environment. Digital and broadcast sales leadership experience is preferred. A strong desire to help others succeed and embodying the golden rule are essential.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and lead the team by participating in client meetings, reviewing presentations, building relationships, and engaging with the community.
2. Drive profitable growth through managing digital products and ad inventory across various platforms.
3. Ensure team understands and utilizes digital and broadcast tools for effective marketing campaigns.
4. Collaborate with leadership to promote a positive, successful culture.
5. Stay current on industry trends in digital media.
6. Review and approve insertion orders in WO Traffic.
7. Support the sales team alongside the Digital Sales Assistant to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Proven success in digital and broadcast sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Decisive, accurate, and adaptable decision-making skills.
