Job Summary/Description:

WITN is seeking a detail-oriented Traffic Copy/Sales Support Coordinator to accurately apply advertising copy to television and digital schedules. Responsibilities include digital input of client instructions, coordinating copy and ads, resolving discrepancies, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining accuracy of the commercial, promo, and PSA database in WideOrbit Traffic.
2. Confirming traffic instructions with advertisers and agencies.
3. Inputting advertiser instructions into the database.
4. Filling and proofing traffic logs for finalization.
5. Reconciling logs for billing.
6. Uploading commercials, promos, and PSAs for air.
7. Providing a dub list for Master Control.
8. Supporting the GM, Sales Managers, and other staff as needed.
9. Supporting the front desk when necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Data entry experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
