Ozarks First in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking a Reporter/Multimedia Journalist (MMJ) to write, shoot, and edit compelling news packages for TV, digital, and streaming.

The ideal candidate has on-camera reporting or MMJ experience, a Bachelor’s in Journalism or related field, strong writing, and proficiency with video cameras, editing software, and content management systems. A valid driver’s license is required for daily field travel.

Qualifications

Previous on-camera reporting or MMJ experience at a college or commercial news station is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field.
Proficiency with professional video cameras, non-linear editing software, and digital content management systems.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for daily field travel.

Responsibilities

Write, shoot, and edit your own packages for TV, digital, and streaming platforms.
