Job summary

32BJ Funds in New York is seeking a Multimedia Producer to create short-form videos, digital and print content that advance health benefits communications and member education.

You will manage projects from concept to production, contribute to visual brand, design social graphics, posters, and printed materials, and collaborate across departments to support the Health Fund's priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in videography, multimedia content creation, graphic design, or related disciplines.
• Portfolio demonstrating video production and graphic design work.
• Experience in public health, healthcare, labor unions and/or nonprofits is a plus.
• Experience translating business needs into creative deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Produce short-form videos and graphics for health fund communications.
• Develop scripts and storyboards tailored to audience and channels.
• Manage production from pre- to post-production, including releases and approvals.
• Contribute to visual brand guidelines and design social graphics, infographics, and templates.
• Produce social-first video content, educational videos, tutorials, and event coverage.
• Design health-benefit postcards, flyers, and printed materials for members and audiences.
• Monitor engagement metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Photograph and record members, staff, and events as needed.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments and coordinate with vendors and partners.
