Building Services 32BJ Benefit Funds is seeking a Multimedia Producer (Video & Graphic Design) for a full-time role in New York, NY. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in videography, multimedia content creation, graphic design, or a related combination of disciplines.
• A portfolio demonstrating video production and graphic design work.
• Experience in public health, healthcare, labor unions and/or nonprofit organizations.
• Experience translating business needs into creative deliverables for internal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of social-first video, audience behavior, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent design skills and ability to translate complex information into clear visuals.
• Experience with optimizing visual content based on engagement and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, produce, shoot, and edit short-form videos to educate and engage members.
• Develop scripts and storyboards for videos based on audience and channel needs.
• Manage pre- to post-production, releases, approvals, scheduling, and delivery.
• Contribute to visual brand guidelines and design social graphics and infographics.
• Produce social-first video content and educational tutorials for digital channels.
• Design printed health-benefit postcards, flyers, and campaigns.
• Monitor engagement and optimize campaigns for performance.
• Photograph and record members, partners, and events as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and communicate status with stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments and coordinate with vendors and partners.
• Provide additional support as directed by leadership.
