Job summary

Data Airflow is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to own the company podcast, film on-site at offices and project sites, and manage post-production from raw footage to final cut. You will also produce internal media, including town halls and training content, while upholding Data Airflow brand standards.

The role requires a strong creative eye, technical precision, and the ability to handle multiple projects independently, with opportunities to impact Idaho’s Best Places to Work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in film, multimedia production, communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of professional video and audio production experience.
• Podcast production experience from recording through publishing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite video/audio tools.
• Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Portfolio or demo reel showing filming, editing, and podcast work.
• Ability to travel to project sites and work in active environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Podcast production: planning, recording, guest coordination, and publishing.
• On-site filming and field production at Data Airflow offices, client data centers, and sites.
• Post-production: editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, captions.
• Internal communications and training content: town halls and onboarding videos.
• Equipment management and travel as needed.
• Photography support for events and headshots.
