Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to develop marketing graphics, multimedia content, and visuals for proposals and technical publications.

You will support corporate marketing, communications, and capture activities by creating diagrams, illustrations, photos, and videos for diverse channels. The role requires 3+ years in professional graphic design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with IsoDraw, CAD software, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design preferred; degree waiver possible with 5+ years and a strong portfolio.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design/multimedia experience; portfolio required.
• Demonstrated portfolio covering multiple forms of visual communication.
• Professional experience with IsoDraw, CAD software, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Strong experience developing professional presentations using PowerPoint.
• Experience creating graphics for print, digital, web, and social media; photography and video capture/production beneficial.
• Aerospace/defense/government contracting or technical-industry experience preferred.
• Proposal-development and government proposal experience desired.
• Must understand handling of proprietary/export-controlled/sensitive/classified information; US citizenship; ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing materials such as capability statements, brochures, ads, tradeshow materials, posters, and corporate collateral.
• Create graphics for social media and photography support for corporate events and activities.
• Plan, capture, edit, and produce video content for marketing, recruitment, and communications.
• Develop visuals for proposals: diagrams, processes, org charts, schedules, infographics, and technical illustrations.
• Prepare executive and customer briefing charts and PowerPoint slides in line with branding.
• Maintain website graphics, banners, icons, and other digital content; ensure consistent branding.
• Coordinate with printers, photographers, videographers, exhibit companies, and vendors.
• Maintain organized source files, asset libraries, and CM/file storage; manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, quality, branding, and professional appearance.
