Culton Companies, Inc. (D/B/A: ExpoDisplays, Method-1, and Warner Museums) is seeking a Multimedia Graphics Designer in Birmingham, AL.

You will develop and prepare print and digital graphics, motion graphics, and interactive content that elevate our brand and tell compelling stories across display media. The role sits on the creative team, collaborating with sales and clients, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
• A strong portfolio showing graphic design with motion graphics/video.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience designing for print, digital graphics, and interactive content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Graphic design: create visually compelling designs for print and digital platforms.
• Print & digital design: prepare print-ready files for mid/large-format graphics.
• Motion graphics & interactive content: animate and edit video for digital signage and interactive displays.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to translate goals into design solutions.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities.
