Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree with relevant multimedia experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining web content and microsites using WordPress/SharePoint; HTML/CSS knowledge preferred.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and openness to critiques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Experience creating engaging assets across video, animation, motion graphics; 3D content a plus.
• Strong communication skills to present concepts to diverse audiences.
• Construction or real estate industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Lead to bring campaigns to life across digital platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand execution across digital and print.
• Design and produce multimedia content including videos, motion graphics, and digital assets.
• Create, manage, and maintain microsites, landing pages, and event websites.
• Test and optimize content for performance across devices and platforms.
• Stay current on emerging design tools and media trends.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders across formats.
• Support marketing team as needed.
