Evans General Contractors, LLC is seeking a full-time Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing team in Alpharetta, GA. The role focuses on creating engaging multimedia content, microsites, and digital experiences that support marketing, recruiting, and business development.

The ideal candidate brings strong visual design, motion graphics, video production, and digital storytelling skills, and can translate concepts into compelling digital experiences that reinforce the Evans brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in multimedia design or related discipline or an associate's degree with 2–4 years in a multimedia creation or design role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Experience creating and maintaining web content, landing pages, microsites and digital experiences using WordPress, SharePoint or intranet tools; basic HTML/CSS is preferred.
• Experience producing multimedia content across video, animation, and interactive formats; 3D content is a plus.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Lead to bring campaigns to life across digital platforms.
• Partner with the Creative Designer to ensure brand consistency across digital and print.
• Design and produce multimedia content including videos, motion graphics, animations, and digital assets for marketing, recruiting, BD, and training.
• Create and maintain microsites, landing pages, event websites, and intranet pages with Evans brand standards.
• Test and optimize digital content for performance across devices and platforms.
• Stay current on design tools and interactive media trends.
• Take direction and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
