The role develops concepts and designs across print and digital channels, collaborating with a team of designers, writers, developers, and vendors to meet marketing objectives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field and at least five years of experience, with a strong portfolio and proficiency in photography, editing, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, design, or a related field and minimum of five years graphic design experience (preferred) OR five or more years of experience in a graphic design position.
• Portfolio of extensive print and digital designs used in successful marketing campaigns.
• Must have a basic understanding of photography, photo editing and video production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications and competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have a basic understanding of the various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Produces high quality creative graphic, photo and video assets for various channels including website, social media, email, advertising, presentations, brochures, banners, and sales collateral.
• Creates, curates, organizes, and maintains digital assets including photos, illustrations, and videos.
• Organizes and directs internal and external teams to produce and edit digital graphics, photos and videos ensuring final layout and design is visually appealing and on brand.
• Collaborates with internal and external teams to review and analyze trends, products, and strategies for marketing and sales.
• Plays a key role in developing and maintaining schedules for project completion.
