Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Multimedia Designer II to design, develop, and deliver high-quality visual and motion graphics for Studio X Media Production. You’ll collaborate with Producers, Project Managers, Video Editors, and cross-functional teams to transform concepts into engaging multimedia experiences that meet brand standards and educational goals.

The role requires expertise in motion design, visual storytelling, and Adobe Creative Cloud, with an emphasis on scalable assets, reusable templates,

Qualifications

5 years of related experience or Associates Degree and 2 years of related experience required
5 years of experience in Adobe CC Suite required and content creation required
5 years of design layout and creation required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency with Adobe CC Suite and design systems preferred

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality multimedia assets including motion graphics, animated infographics, title sequences, lower thirds, transitions, explainers, and digital content.
Collaborate with Producers, Project Managers, Video Editors, and stakeholders to translate concepts into compelling visual experiences.
Create and maintain reusable graphic systems, branded templates, MOGRTs, and style guides to improve efficiency and consistency.
Design and animate graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, keeping up with evolving tech.
Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation, image enhancement, and production workflows while preserving brand quality.
Develop concepts from ideation to final delivery, including storyboarding and animation.
Produce visual effects, motion design elements, and typography animation as needed.
Apply strong visual design principles to create engaging multimedia experiences.
Ensure assets adhere to Arthrex brand standards, accessibility, and quality requirements.
Collaborate with Video Editors to integrate graphics into final deliverables.
Organize and manage assets using DAM/MAM systems and established workflows.
Participate in reviews, presentations, and discussions to communicate design rationale.
Stay informed on trends in motion design, AI tools, and production technologies.
Support department standards, templates, and best practices for consistency.
