Job summary

Creative X, a global creative agency partnering with Meta, is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to craft high‑impact visuals for Meta’s brands and product launches. You will design, animate, and deliver compelling assets for marketing, social content, and campaigns.

You’ll integrate AI-powered workflows, apply strong storytelling, color, and typography, and collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams. Five+ years of experience with After Effects, 3D tools, and AI tools are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of motion graphics experience on video marketing assets and social video content.
• Strong motion graphics skills in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools (Weavy, LTX Studio, Runway, or similar).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color, and typography.
• Experience with digital content management systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for marketing assets, social content, and product launches across Meta's family of apps.
• Integrate AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance creative output and efficiency.
• Demonstrate advanced prompt engineering to elicit high-quality and creative outputs from AI models.
• Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and designers to develop a cohesive visual narrative.
• Stay current with Gen AI tools and model releases to inform team workflows.
• Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
