Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with strong production focus.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Advanced proficiency in Canva.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready presentations and reusable templates.
• Solid knowledge of print production, typography, color, composition, and digital file optimization.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating high-quality print and digital design work.

Aufgaben

• Design and produce print and digital materials across brands.
• Translate briefs and stakeholder needs into visual solutions.
• Adapt designs across brands, audiences, and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use, including image retouching and prepress prep.
• Create and maintain scalable templates for recurring marketing and business needs.
• Organize creative files with naming conventions and asset management standards.
• Review work for design quality, brand alignment, and technical specs.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors for proofs and final delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with proactive stakeholder communication.
