Responsibilities

• Synthesize complex information into simple, user-friendly visuals that support learning.
• Design and develop multimedia elements, including illustrations, animations, interactive elements, and games
• Design and develop video from concept to full completion, leveraging traditional methods and AI services.
• Ensure multimedia components created are reusable, accessible, and compatible across platforms and devices.
• Own technical aspects of content design, programming, and delivery.
• Convert course manuscripts into digital formats aligned with ed2go's high-quality standards.
• Apply HTML/CSS formatting to classroom content (e.g., narrative lesson content, assignments, exams).
• Analyze, design, and implement multimedia design elements and external assets into our learning management system.
• Work closely with Learning Designers and Subject Matter Experts to develop project design plans.
• Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and rationale behind design decisions.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Build partnerships with development teams to meet shared objectives.
• Oversee and train vendors on internal processes, design guidelines, and tools.

During Standard US Business hours (8.00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST), Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the US and LearningMate-declared holidays.

Visual Design

• Synthesize complex information into simple, user-friendly visuals that support learning.
