The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of related experience, proficiency in After Effects and related tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile environment. On-site work required in Malvern, PA.

Qualifications

Location: Malvern, PennsylvaniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $50 - 54 per hourWe are seeking a creative Motion Graphics Designer to develop high-quality videos, animations, and visual content in collaboration with art directors, designers, writers, and marketers. The role involves transforming storyboards into engaging deliverables, maintaining Vanguard’s brand standards and illustration style, and applying strong design and storytelling skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, embraces feedback and continuous improvement, and ensures timely delivery while following established design workflows and asset management procedures.Responsibilities: Creative Services, Specialist: Collaborates with art directors, designers, writers and marketers to create visually stunning videos consisting of motion graphics, animation, stock footage and/or screen recorded demos. Create and execute high-quality videos from concept to completion using strong layout, typography, and overall design excellence.Able to turn storyboards into final deliverables. (Animated GIF, Lottie/JSON, MP4, HTML5).Deep passion for visual storytelling, a strong background in motion graphics and video editing, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.Uphold the standards of Vanguard's brand. Produce animations based on Vanguard's unique illustration style. Upholds the craft of design while valuing delivery (speed to market) over perfection in a test-and-learn environment.
