Salary range: $100,000 to $114,000 per year

This well-resourced, mission-driven organization promotes equitable education opportunities, youth development, and art—with a strong research focus and actionable insights in America’s communities.

As the foundation continues to flourish, they’re looking for a Multimedia Content Producer who will be responsible for all visual storytelling. This role is their first full digital hire on their tight-knit communications team of four. It’s an opportunity to grow skills across media including email communications, web, and social channels, threading the needle between live events and social.

What’s it going to take to score an interview?

  • You Have Strong Visual Storytelling Experience: You must have at least five years of proven hands-on experience creating graphic and multimedia content across multiple platforms. You’re a pro at social media content creation and you can extract a story from heady research-driven insights around education, arts, and youth development (note, this is a B2B audience and a slower pace than many social-first content production roles).
  • You Love Producing Social-First Videos: Be it editing, or shooting, you’re a ham for all things behind-the-scenes. You have video skills i.e. Adobe, After Effects, and a strong knowledge of graphic design, video production, and animation tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
  • You Can Flirt With Graphic Design Like the Best of Them: You’re experienced in graphic design with bonus points for infographic/data storytelling/data visualizations.
  • You Always Make Data-Driven Decisions: You have a strategic lens when it comes to how you engage audiences and grow and diversify them.
  • You’re Excited About Mission-Driven Work: It goes without saying that you have a keen interest in mission/non-profit work and you’re a team player and great collaborator.
