Job description

Senior Multimedia Producer – Executive & Brand Content

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Multimedia Producer to lead the execution of visual content across video, photography, and audio platforms. This role is ideal for a seasoned content creator with a passion for storytelling, executive visibility, and producing polished multimedia assets that reflect a premier corporate brand. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and production teams — as well as select external vendors — to deliver best-in-class content for digital, social, and internal channels.

This position focuses on producing content that highlights executive engagement, major internal and external events, and branded storytelling pieces ranging from mini-documentaries to short-form videos, podcasts, and more. The ideal candidate has a strong editorial eye, exceptional production instincts, and the ability to manage end-to-end production in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and edit high-quality video and photography assets that support executive communications and leadership visibility, including interviews, speaking engagements, and town halls.
  • Cover key internal and external events, including conferences and client experiences, from behind-the-scenes storytelling to highly produced recaps.
  • Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment in studio and on-location settings, ensuring all content meets brand standards.
  • Oversee post-production processes, including editing, motion graphics, photo retouching, and timely delivery across internal and external platforms.
  • Manage digital asset organization, archiving, and metadata tagging in coordination with a digital asset management system (DAM).
  • Repurpose existing video and audio content into engaging social and short-form formats tailored for diverse platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with established brand identity and tone of voice.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and executive leadership, to develop cohesive and strategic content initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in multimedia production, with demonstrated success in high-impact corporate or media environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Experience producing finance- or business-related content preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate complex topics into visually compelling content for broad audiences.
  • Expert-level camera and lighting operation skills; ability to apply modern production techniques while maintaining consistent quality.
  • Skilled in editing, asset management, and version control; familiar with both independent and collaborative post-production workflows.
  • Strong event and documentary photography skills, with an eye for composition, detail, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom. Experience with Davinci Resolve is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with professional camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic), lighting setups, and audio tools.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work confidently in executive settings.
  • A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing your video and photography work is required.
